It comes with vibration dampeners for almost everything. The back fan, PSU, and hard drives all have this vibration dampener technology that completely rocks. Directron was really easy to deal with, and there prices are unbeatable. Shipping was $15, and the weight of the packages was about 23 pounds total. I called customer service & he was able to verify my info over the phone. He even checked to make sure the PSU was in stock & even told me that it should ship the same day. Item arrived as promised.
