Problem is, the heatsink wasn't in its retail packaging, it was in bubbles. The copper base to the heatsink had smudges all over it, which is never good for such a critical component. I wasn't sure about this place at first but once I got the tracking number by tuesday my fears were relieved. They promised full refund including return shipping, and lured me to send a DOA back to them at my own cost. Later, they charge me 15% restocking fee for the DOA, they didn't even refund the order shipping charge, not to mention the promised return shipping. Called them and they said this is their policy. I mentioned their previous email on the promised full refund. They denied. Lier!!!!!!	Overall Rating

It is only $69.99 by saying no and going to the power pages and ordering the True380.I elected to buy the Antec True430,which was not listed on the page to order the case,for $73.00.Uacceptable. Everything I ordered arrived as described and in working order when I assembled it. My only problem was in the ordering process. If you build up a case using the selection options it ends up costing you more. For example, the power supply would have been $97 if I purchased it as part of the case but was only $87 if purchased from them separately on the web site.	Overall Rating
