I placed the order on Tuesday night, the product shipped out on Wednesday, and I received the product on Friday!! The product was new as advertised. To date, Directron has never messed up an order, delayed my shipping or sent me a single defective item. Directron emailed and said that an item was shipped which they charged me for...but then I found out that it was not shipped and that the item was backordered. Directron could only say that the backorder was beyond their control and after 2 request, the company finally did cancel the backorderd item and refunded the money. Although I still was charged the full shipping (later refunded) because they had shipped some minor items to me which I found unfair. The company did propose a generous settlement and refunded those shipping costs after several emails regarding their service. It was nice that they refunded the full shipping even though they did incur some costs. However, I would have preferred to have avoided the whole mess by having their system post "out of stock" instead of erroneously posting "in stock" on my order confirmation. I would have gone elsewhere.	Overall Rating
