I have always had a great experience ordering from Pro Flowers. I send the flowers to Minnesota to my daughter and her children, they enjoy them for many days and will enjoy the chocolates this year. |

The shipping charges for a free vase are crazy. Free items are subject to handling and shipping charges. Two items have delivery and taxes equal to 1/3 of my order. They got my last order. I will be visiting my local florist no last minute charges with them. If its free then there are no additional handling charges. Goodbye Pro Flowers. |

I feel that it is miss leading when it says free vase but then says you will be charged by weight of vase .So I bought vase for 4.99 so I would not be charged.I did not see total charge until I clicked yes because it first stated I would be charged only for vase and flowers on shiiping chart it says standard shipping but no price once i confirmed my order is when i seen total charge 40 dollars for an advertised 19.99 flowers not even delivered on mothers day. |

I bought a Living Social deal and entered my credit card info there when I purchased the deal. Then, to reedeem with YOU, I had to re-enter my cc info -- inconvenient and reduntant. THEN, you made the shipping dates I chose look like there was no shipping charge; whereas other dates had varying shipping charges. Confusing at the least, deceptive at the other end. It's one thing to agree to charges, but another to be surprised at checkout all the way through the order. I only don't have time to cancel and oeorder elsewhere, otherwise, I would have. I hope the flowers are nice. If you don't change the way you present your charges, I won't be shopping with you again. Very, very annoyed. |

I cannot believe that I just paid $27 for shipping and handling on a $20 order for flowers. I guess this is a lesson learned the hard way, but this is one site I will never order from again. |

I had to place this order twice--I entered it on 5t--12 at 11.8PM. It was supposed to have a deal ProKiss...free shipping and vase or some such deal...but the order would not go through. Some error and required to re-enter. I even called the 888 number but no help--as I listen to KCBS they say ebnter code Glass?? I just had a hard time ordering????> |

i THOUGHT I HAD TO PAY $19.99 for special Sat delivery. I didn't notice untill I clicked comfirm order that I also have to pay $14.99 for regular delivery. Thats almost $35 for delivery. I don't think it said as I was ordering, that I had to pay two different delivery charges. I never would have ordered. |

The on-line ad was the eye catcher - 15 tulips for $19.99. I thought what a nice last minute idea, in addition to what I already have for her. But then I go to check out, and AFTER the fact I read the total is $57.86!!!!!!! I understand that there's to be a rush delivery fee, but 100%++ higher than the advertised price?? Disgusting. Will NeVeR use this again - tagged for so many extra charges that were hidden. Fraud in my book. |

It was easy to order, but there was nowhere to enter "prohugs" for 15% off, or "hurry" from the tv commercials at checkout. Where was this supposed to have been entered? |

Too a chance that I feel I got taken on shipping and handling charges. The flowers when from what I thought would be a 35$ to a 47$ order. There was also not description on the candy offer either. I will find out from the recipient if she was happy with yours selection. At this point and time would caution others about using your services due to the hidden charges. |

The process of doing this on-line wasn't good at all. Soon as you enter your card information your system automaticty process your order on it's on. I didn't have the option to click continue. And also you have hiding fee's. it says your total amount is one thing, then after you process your can it says another outrageous standard fee. You need to give the total amount before the card information is shown, not change after the card is process, then you have no way of changing the amount.....I Will never use these service again....DON'T WANT TO SEE MONTHLY CHARGE ON MY CHECKING ACCT EACH MONTH $12.99 FOR YOUR REBATE PROGRAM. I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THAT PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!! |

Shipping information was very miss leading. I listen to X96 they always talk about how awesome you guys are. The final charges were way more than I expected. I was right all along to think its a better value to go get stuff like this myself. Will never use again. |

It was very misleading to have to wait for all of the shipping and extra charges until the end of the order. If this is rectified, I will step up and say so but I doubt I will ever use this place again. SHADY!!BUSINESS!!! I sent customer service an email and the response was just an explanation of delivery charges nothing to rectify the situation |

None of the shipping charges or special handling charges were presented before placing my order. Only after I had actually completed the order were the aforementioned charges displayed, which made it too late to cancel or change my order. Not a company I will deal with in the future. |

I don't understand how you legally can tack on a $2.99 Care and Handling charge. A reasonable consumer expects shipping and handling to be combined in the quote for shipping. You should be upfront that the cost for shipping and handling is $9.99 + $2.99, not that shipping is $9.99 and no mention of handling. Your measly $2.99 sneaky charge has lost you a return customer. |
