it really sucks that you can't cancel your order even before it's confirmed. You sock it to the customer with exorbitant shipping and handling fees, then when you see how much the bottom line is you put a small little line that suddenly you can't opt out. Very very poor business practice if you ask me. Buyer beware!!! |

I have sent flowers through pro flowers before and have been very satisfied with all aspects of your service. However I just sent flowers advertised at $29.99 and ended paying $76.44. ( 2 1/2 times more than what I thought I would be spending) Thats a little misleading. I was charged 2 delivery fees. One for standard and one for saturday. Thats just bad buissiness. Nobody likes hidden fees. |

I'm extremely disappointed with this company - the only company I have ever purchased flowers through. In error I confirmed order instead of cancelling (because my sister had already placed the order). I immediatly (within seconds) called the 800# - representative said nothing can be done. Then I said I processed order through my Upromise acct why is it that my 15% did not reflect- she said nothing she can do. Please address. Thank you. Maria |

This merchant doesn't tell you your total until after you have paid for the order. They add fees and fees and taxes and so called special care handling fees without your knowledge. I want to cancel this order because of all the hidden fees and can't. I will never order from this merchant again! |

I will have to review my ordering process. The Standard delivery charge and the Guaranteed delivery charges were not explained while I was placing the order. Why is there a Standard delivery charge for flowers being requested on Monday for delivery by Friday... and then a Guaranteed charge for delivery on Friday? It doesn't make sense to me. |

I purchased a living social deal $15 for $30 off, however it didn't state that it cant be applied with other discounts. I don't think its fair not to be able to use other discounts like 20% off and I had to pay for delivery on top of it. ProFlowers always finds a way to overcharge! Going to be looking at other flower delivery services. |

Heard on radio, to enter code M800 for free shipping, yet it did not log through, and this ad for $19.99 turned out to be $35.11. Bogus advertising, and now they want to charge $12.95/month for free shipping. I will never order from Proflowers.com again. Cheap shot guys! Not only are you liars, but you overcharge and get people hooked for a $12.95 charge per month. |

I was suppoese to get a 40% discount on my next order, due from the past experience I had with ordering. I had also seen where if the order was delivered two days before Mother's Day, ithe charge was only $4.95. But when I ordred, it charged me $9.95 std shipping fee. I would have waited an extra day, but I thought I was saving $5.00. Something is wrong and this needs to be fixed, or I will not order anything frmom this website. |

I find it frustrating to order $20 item with "free" chocolates then you see a $4.99 charge up front. It eventually gets taken off but WHY mark it at all? in addition, there is a shipping charge THEN you add another handling charge... It FEELS like one thing after another keeps getting added on... the eventual charges are OVER $30 which SEEMS high when you start with $19.99 NOTE: I did not NOTE my order # up front so had to go search for it for this survey.. any way to have it POP UP? |

IIt's a scam! You get flowers for a decent price but they add almost $10 in fees such as shipping and then a handling charge and then tax. So, you get flowers fro $19 but it winds up costing you $31. |

You make it very confusing to order. I had an ad that told me that I could get something for $19.99 + shipping and handling. I went on line and found it to be a lot higher. BUT, I could order it and have free shipping. Had to call the 800# three times. Very confusing. Plus the ad showed the flowers in a green vase for this price. NO, the green vase is extra of course. If you have a special offer- please show it as it will be sent. Plus an extra charge for care and handling??? We hope you have care while you are handling our orders. This is added on at the end as a surprise?? I may just stick with FTD. No surprises here. |

I was a little shocked to get a flyer in the mail for Roses that were $19.99 (with vase included) only to find that I had to pay for the vase also. By the end of the transaction I paid almost $50.00. Then I was hopeful to recoup the shipping charges, but did not like the terms and service of that provider. Once again I was blind sided and found that information out once I had to place the order. I will keep this order simply because it will be mothers day - but I will not use your company again because of false advertising. You should be up front and let you customer's know beforce you start throwing $19.99 around for a dozen roses. |

I was charged a shipping and handleing fee for two items sent to the same address. While I have not had a poor experience from ProFlowers in the past, I would suggest changing this policy as it will deter my future purchases. Thank you. |

"Vase shipping and it's HANDLING AND CARE "? Really? What a scam....the advertised price is good, but to SLIP in the extra charges on the FINAL PAGE is horrible, sneaky, and just wrong. What a bad business method, and I most likely will NOT use the PRO FLOWERS website ever again. Compensate those of us aware and complaining, and perhaps retain our business. Your practice is just in bad taste. |

I was not happy to find the Gift Card given to me last month had expired. I was given a gift card because the company could not deliver the Easter package when they said they could. It was delivered after Easter. I was not told of an expiration date. I was told to use it on my next purchase. |

I love ProFlowers, they are the only online florist that I use. The flowers always arrive in bud form, so the recipent can watch them bloom and they last much longer. Any time I have had a problem (usually due to the shipping company's driver - box placed upside down, etc) ProFlowers was always quick to resolve it, with no problem. |
