more disappointing than poor or average on the ordering merchant, the flowers may be beautiful and arrive safely in a nice box all packaged and secure, however the explanation of the the pricing comes after you click yes go ahead and order. all of the sudden the $29.99 flowers i order were $47.00 plus. wtf???? i understand the special date delivery charge, but charging $2.99 for a computer printed out piece of paper with the message on it and who the flowers are from? again, wtf? will seriously think again before ordering. If you intend to conact me, I would like a call or visit from the two gentlemen i watched on "undercover boss" that own the company |

really disapointed that you are not upfront with delivery and card and other charges I thought 19.95 was a good price I figured to pay about $40.00 yet you slipped it to me real sneaky at the end and I do not like that I will not order from you in future because I do not know what to expect in the end of sale. |

This is the second time I have used this merchant and I have nothing but good things to say! Despite the fact that I had to wait until the last moment to make the orders, the first arrived in a timely manner and the bouquet was gorgeous! It had obviously been put together, handled and delivered with the utmost care and pride. The only thing I grumbled about was the shipping and handling prices, but that was partially my fault for waiting until the last minute! |

i did not press the wrong keys on the keyboard but got charged for 2 other items on 2 orders with the money taken off my card! this outright sux and is embezzelment of the customers funds.! |

I think that Pro Flowers is a rip off. At the very end and the order is confirmed, they show you the final charges. These charges are not explained up front. Why don't they just rob me, it would feel so much better. This is not the first time! |

I feel thefree shipping and rebate is misleading. In order to benefit from the free shipping you are lead to another website where you enter personal information and and register a credit card that you have to cancel within 30 or the charge will be charged 12.99. Who has time for that to save $15.00. If the shiping is free,it should be free |

when i was finishing my order there was a place before finishing the order saying that my order qualified for free shipping. when i cliked the space it send me to a new page which i filled out and it said that it would send me an email to tell me how to get free shipping and when i went back, pro flowers completed the order for me. i am very upset about this as the shipping was as much as the flowers. i cannot see myself ever useing pro flowers again and i will tell everyone i know what happened. |

I was really surprised at the end of my purchase process to see a 9.99 Saturday delivery charge added to the 9.99 regular delivery charge and then a 2.99 care and handling charge. Too many hidden charges. |

I've ordered from ProFlowers for years and have been more then happy with how timely the flowers arrive and the quality of the flowers. What's even more important then me being happy, my stepmother is always very pleased with the flowers. She calls me to thank me and always is pleased with the quality and the flowers themselves. Pro Flowers advertised "free delivery", and a delivery charge was added at the last minute. I was offered a rebate if I gave a vast amount of info to other merchants so they can harrass me. I mwill NEVER use pro flowers again. |

You double charge for delivery is unsatisfactory on a Saturday. Ane the code you sent for using your site expired unsatisfactory, I order maybe twice a year, your coupon system is unsatisfactory good for a couple month. This will not bring me back, to much add ons. |

THE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT UNTIL I GOT TO THE END AND SAW THAT I WAS BEING CHARGED TWO DIFFERENT SHIPPING CHARGES AND A PROCESSING FEE. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF ANY OF THAT, I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THE SHIPPING CHARGE WOULD BE 4.99 FOR STANDARD SHIPPING, UNTIL THE VERY END WHEN I WAS CONFIRMING THE ORDER AND TO MY SUPRISE THERE WERE TWO SHIPPING FEES AND A PROCESSING FEE. IF I WASN'T SO FRUSTRATED I WOULD OF CANCELLED AND GONE TO A WEB SITE THAT I WOULD HAVE THE FULL PICTURE UP FRONT. I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN 50.00 DOLLARS, OTHER THAN THIS PROBLEM I WAS VERY SATISFIED. |

They should be more up front about the fees you will be hit with when you checkout. What should have cost $20-$30 cost over $40 at checkout. I was charged 2 shipping higher fees when only one low fee was noted on the original calendar to understand shipping costs for that day. Special handling fee on top of the 2 shipping fees. Very disappointing in the end to pay $40+ for the cheapest flowers. Over half the expense went to shipping/handling/service/tax |
