really? $20.00 for delivery, $3 for handling and flowers come in a box? I'll shop local next time. It is probably cheaper to send regualar mail. one thing that also was king of a slap in the face was that the next day i recieved an email offering discounts...my order just happend to also be there at a discount. Here is what i learned about pro flowers...shop early and planning ahead will cost you know on the product and they will charge you just as much now as they would if you waited till last minute. Never again |

All charges should be up front prior to order placement...just like shopping at say e.g Kohls or Walmart...one has their coupons, knows the tax rate, the cost of product. No surprises! As for the promotion coupons...no code and no promotions. FALSE statement. The rebate comes with a price...FALSE promotion |

When finalizing my order I was unable to see the charges they added. I was only able to see those charges when I confirmed my order. Not a good way to do business! Very disappointed. Order started out at $34.99 and ended at $52.96! |

The total charges were not visible until I actually placed the order. I saw no indication of 'out of stock' so am hopeful my mom will get some birthday flowers. |

I had no idea what these shipping and "care and handling" charges would be until after my order was completed. The information was not front and center as it would be in a standard online ordering process, but rather it was buried at the bottom right (I found this out after my order was complete). Also, when I first visited the site, I was promised a free vase, but when I returned to the site a few minutes later, the offer had disappeared. Also, while I ordered a greeting card for $1.99, I was never given the opportunity to select a card design, and I have no idea whether my message will be placed on the greeting card or on a standard florists card. I don't remember ever experiencing such an unsettling online ordering process from any business -- ever. I don't even feel confident now that the order will be delivered or that it will be delivered correctly. I simply have no idea and feel a general sense of concern that something may have gone awry here. |

No option that was obvious for added on cost such as taxes, sub totals as I was ordering to see what my final total would be. When I came to the end with the total there were no directions for adjustments. Otherwise it was easy to find the merchandise. thank you |

Spent hours choosing products & ordering, went to order another item said they had lost previous order, to reorder. I reordered, I went back to my emails for confirmation, the lost order was there! Great now I have the same item ordered twice. I was just saying how awesome you were!!! Ordering is not so great... |

I have ordered from them a long time, with no complaints, but now I may stop. $1.63 "shipping" charge on a "free" vase and $2.99 for "Care and Handling" - both of which are in addition to the $9.99 standard shipping. Also, the tax that they charged appears to be greater than the tax rate in our area, unless they are charging tax on some of the other charges, which they are not supposed to do. |

Everytime I try to take advantage of a discount or free shiping I have been unable to do so. the "Free shipping" prompts me to a site that requires me to sign up fo credit card protection that I do not want or need. I will be using another vendor in the future. |

What a 'bait & switch!' The arrangement I chose was listed as $29.99. By the time all the extra charges were added at 'Place Your Order,' the total was $30 HIGHER. THIS COST MORE THAN THE DARNED FLOWERS!!! WILL NOT USE THIS SITE EVER, AND WILL BE SURE ALL MY FRIENDS HEAR ABOUT THIS. |

So it wasn't enough to charge $9.99 for delivery, but no, since it's a Saturday delivery we have to add ANOTHER $9.99, plus HANDLING and tax. Phew, by the time you're done this somehow doesn't sound like such a great deal after all. Let's hope they'll pick nice flowers! |

Never had any issues with proflowers.com. A little expensive when you add all the delivery fees and care and handling fees, but have never had any issues. |

i WANTED A SMILEY FACE VASE THAT WAS ORDERED PREVIOUSLY. aCCEPTED THE BALOON FACE/TEDDY BEAR THAT WAS OFFERED BUT COULD NOT CONTINUE TO THE ORDERING FAZE. My biggest problem is not seeing the entire charges until after the order is placed. I am AMAZED that I would have to pay "care charges" for something that SHOULD be CARED for when shipping anyway. (Afterall product is a parishable item. A GOOD COMPANY should make allowances for their time semsitivemservice/product. Yes, it is only a small fee but makes the consumer feel like they are getting "nickled & dimed" by a charge that is not even thoroughly explained. I could see having to pay this for a same day item or one that may require "special handling such as odd size, extremely temperature sensitive, ect". But you SPECIALIZE in flowers, the SPECIAL CARE should be not required because THAT IS YOUR SERVICE!!! Just include it in the advertised price and STOP advertising it as something it is not, a special price. Disappointed and will think twice about ordering from your company again. I have ordered all my flowers from your company in the past but will be looking at competitiors now. |

I think those additional charges for "care" and delivery should not be added onto the standard price of shipping. It only makes the gift double priced than what it originally was, or double the sale price which makes it no longer an item on sale. It is overcharging the customer instead of allowing customer to have item at it's original price. |

Several times i have ordered flowers and they were sent to the wrong address. I went through correcting this problem . Some how the message is getting lost electronically and you end up double shipping . The area for shipping is in Trenton NJ . Someone there gets free flowers when i try to send flowers to Hamilton, NJ. same street address. |

Evaluation subjectively is noted above...however, the "care and handling charge" is over the top and just plain greed! Do diligence in care and handling is expected...that's why the vendor "guarantees" product and service. To bury the charge is greedy and considered usury by me. I will certainly remember the fee and my feeling of being 'beat" for $3. Might be my last purchase... |

I live in New Zealand and have made my first order with you for flowers to be sent to my daughter. At the end you say I'm qualified for a delivery rebate. There are no fields for entering details of those sending flowers to loved ones in the States from outside the US or Canada. So what is this rebate about? |

I tried to order a Christmas Wreath to be delivered on Dec 23rd...at the end of the order I was notified that the product was out of stock for delivery on Friday the 23rd and that i needed to pick another day. So I chose Saturday, December 24th and then was charged $9.99 for a saturday Delivery. I don't think I should have been charged for a saturday delivery for Proflowers not having the product in stock on the day I originally chose for delivery. Thank you. Julie |

There should ABSOLUTELY be listed amounts (like you show after the order is already placed) showing line by line each item/shipping charges/etc you're purchasing and the total amount of money for it. There should be an option to go back and change your order if the cost is not what you were expecting! I was anticipating to pay one thing and was VERY UPSET at the actual amount I was charged when it was too late to do anything about it! |

your adds are misleading. it said shipping was 499 but that was over the regular shipping cost of 1199. it said 20% off order but that was expired the day i got the add. it said a "secure" site but when i tried for the rebate, it goes to an unsecure site. i will not order from u again for these reasons. be honest up front and u will get more repeat customers |
