It was super easy to find what I was looking for, and I like the comparison feature. And, of course, you got me to order more than I was going to by offering free shipping for over $49. After five minutes of waiting I had to re click the button or refresh the page. On the process order page it specifically indicated on to do this. Calling customer service was a joke. They didn't understand the order was not processing and kept trying to get me to wait 30 minutes for it to process, REALLY? After refreshing the browser it went through. Do not know what was going on but it was very frustrating to work with this site. update: part of the problem may have been with Firefox Browser or plugins. I notice similar behavior on a couple of other sites. It was not consistent. Still it was odd behavior for the shopping cart. Other than this experience I'm very happy with MacMall and would recommend them to others buying mac equipment.	Overall Rating
