I called the 1-800 number and the representative said he couldn't process my order due to computer maintenance. He suggested I order online. I said I tried 3 times and it wouldn't go through. He said try again in an hour. I did, 3 more times! My order still didn't go through. Finally, nearly 12 hours later, I was able to place my order online. There should be a message online that says computer maintenance is taking place and when to try again. This was my first poor experience with MacMall.	Overall Rating

Apparently I must have used a password on some past purchase--but instead of providing a link to recover/change the password it simply kept blocking the purchase. I added sleeve cover which shows no charge for the cover. So, I thought it comes with the item. However, when the item arrived, no cover came. I called the customer service and asked about the cover. They said it does not come with the order; there is a mistake at their end. But as a buyer, you think they offer the cover with the computer, and that's why I bought it from them.
