Easy to use site though. Will be searching for a new Mac this summer. Will definitely use is site more often. No real major issues though. Just tiny areas for improvement. I called the bank got the authorization then called MacMall to relay the info. Later that evening I was on hold/chat for over 1 hr waiting to find out the status of the charge. That knocked two of my ratings down to poor and average from excellent. No one should be on hold that long - it is inexcusable and should have been rectified in less than 5 minutes. After waiting 1 hr 5 min I received a call from your credit card processing dept verifying the order and shipping address.	Overall Rating
