I have worked with some store front retailers and many online companies. Wilshire Wigs has THE best price around with excellent shipping charges and follow through. It is somewhat difficult to guess when orders will arrive, as wigs often turn out to be backordered or, occasionally, discontinued despite still being listed on the website, though they've been very nice and flexible about changing orders if necessary. It was in a box that was labled with the correct information for the wig I ordered but the contents were incorrect. I phoned to ask for instructions on making an exchange,and had to leave a message on an answering machine. I have not heard from anyone as yet.	Overall Rating
