I appreciate that I was told that a Sony Trinitron TV is no longer made. I called Sony when the TV no longer worked and was told that the TV was not that old and should STILL work. I ordered the TV which was recommended as a replacement, I LIKE THE MAGNAVOX 19MF337B LCD RV I ORDERED. IT WORKS and IT WAS EASY TO SET UP. |

The TV arrived with a scratch in the middle of the screen that was clearly defined and distracting when trying to watch the TV. I sent photos in to refurbdepot.com, requesting a refund or exchange, and they first said I'd have to pay a 15% restocking fee (as if they were going to restock a TV with a scratch in the middle of the screen) and shipping, which is about $60.00. I found this unacceptable, and after lengthy and arduous conversations and emails, they offered to exchange the TV with no restocking fee, but I still must pay shipping. They say the scratch is a "cosmetic blemish" and that since they sell refurbished items the scratch acceptable. I say it's a functional issue, as the scratch shows up very clearly when one is trying to watch TV. The screen is the part of the TV people pay for. So, I'm stuck paying a $60.00 shipping fee. |

Being a prior customer, my experience is nothing but great with the exception of back order notice. There is no notification of ordered items being backordered and results in either an unanswered email or phone contact with a person whose attitude appears to be that she has better things to do than assist you. Great prices, good visibility, fair shipping rates and great products. |

instead of placing a disclaimer order on top of the shipment, indicate my name and address. Your software engineer who parked the think pad ommitted indicating the name of receipient and physicall address on the package. Its left to imagination why the package couldn't be traced to the owner who had to run around an office extremely busy office complex looking for it. Funnily the disclaimer removes all obligation of damages or theft before i receive the package. |

I bought refurb befor, from Dell, had a few problems, they work with me, sent a new hard drive (laptop), an showed me how to put it in. Do the same with me, an I'll buy more stuff. CHM North Myrtle Beach SC. US ARMY AIRBORNE. We're done here! |

My item is backordered and they have no idea when it will be available. It took 9 days to find this out, only after I sent an email asking what the problem was. I'm looking elsewhere for similar item.....if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. |

The ordering process made an error in addition that was $10 more than it should have been. I'm confident that this will be addressed, but it's always a good idea to double check someone else's math. This was a very pleasant shopping experience and I'm anxiously awaiting delivery of the product. |

I took that in stride and figured no big deal. Still two weeks later it is still not here. Ended up cancelling. Don't buy from this vendor. They use a bait and switch. Good luck on your order showing up!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER!!! |

my last order (396478) i did not get a battery to run the camera.you were suppose to send me a battery and notify me of when it was sent. neither has been done . the camcorder will not work without a battery. |

I'm a repeat customer and Refurb Depot makes it extremely easy to find the product your looking for, check out is a breeze and they offer a good selection of items. The only problem I had was they sent me a link from my email about free shipping and I click the link it stated my free shipping coupon was activated and when my order was processed I was charged a shipping fee which I thought was unfair. I feel I should be reimbursed for the shipping charge. |

Merchant clearly stated on the web site that due to religious holiday my order would not be processed for a week, on a certain Friday. It was processed as claimed. The refurbed item seems to be as good as a new one. I am pleased and saved $$! |
