I had to call at 7am Monaday morning because they don't have customer service on weekends. The charge was finally refunded after 5 days. now 2 weeks latter they charged me again causing a 38.00 overdraft charge Retailer Response (06/28/2011): We sincerely apologize that this customer's expectations were not met. In our catalog, on our website, and also on our phone line, we advertise our hours of operation. Our sales department is open Monday thru Thursday 6:30am-midnight, Friday 6:30am-10:30pm, and Saturday/Sunday 8am-10pm. Our customer service department is open Monday thru Friday 7am-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-5:30pm, and closed on Sunday. We certainly try to assist any customer that calls in, as we want everyone's experience with Touch of Class to be "top-notch".	Overall Rating
