It was impressive that even thought my item got shipped somewhere else it still got to me, but it would have been more impressive if I had also been notified of this mistep. I waited nearly a month to get my package becasue of this, and was not notified as to why it was taking so long.	Overall Rating

I specifically requested UPS 2nd Day Air, but some last-minute change before it was shipped delayed it in UPS' system, resulting in the shipment being a full day late. No one's been able to tell me why there was a delay, but next time I'll know not to order anything that's time sensitive. Another choice of shipper would be a great option.	Overall Rating

When I contacted Customer Service, I was very briefly informed that this charge was because I live in Texas, where tax is charged, and I had not been charged initially. I understood this explanation, but I was not pleased that I had not been informed this additional charge would be made to my account PRIOR to it being made. This charge resulted in an overdrawn account.	Overall Rating
