It is difficult to place a product into the shopping cart. On the printer, I couldn't find any way to do this except to click on "Customiize it" even though I did not need to customize it. Then, I tried to add 2 toner cartidges. That was impossible. I had to add 1 and add 1 more or add 1 and go into the shopping cart and change it to 2. I almost gave up and ordered items from some other manufacturer. Overall Rating

It may have been the time of day, but the processing, logging into the cart, getting the final tally just seemed to take longer that other sites i have use. I dont remember any notice that a signature would be required for delivery. There is still 1 piece I have not received and will have to pick up myself from the shipper. Overall Rating

I was a little confused when trying to actually place my order I hit submit so many times I thought I was going to be charged for 3 laptops. At one point I had two exact laptops on the screen and left the site and came back and rebuilt the same system again. You may want to look into that for first time buyers from your site, have a popup window that says you need to hit submit order x amount of times before your order actually goes through. Website was difficult to order ink cartridges. Hard to find cartridges first. Hard to locate how to get back to my cart while continung to shop. Difficult in the transaction process, tried to use my prefered account and instead of letting me enter my card number it had me put mothers maiden name and my soc and then said that I didn't have an account, tried to use a credit card that I had on file and it made me re-enter all the card info again (Not sure why I have it on file then). Overall I am glad I do not have to do this that often, only when my Dell ink runs out. May look for other options in the future. Overall Rating

Prices and discounts seemed to change each time I visited the site, the prices even changed while I was building a system. Other than that the site was easy to use and the laptop was delivered in about half the time that they estimated. Overall Rating

Dell's products are fine, but its user interface for on-line ordering and order support is in the top 5 percent of the "WORST." Extremely slow in moving from step to step through completion of an order. Depending on which credit card is used (and which issuing bank is involved), just getting to the final "submit your order" page may result in 10 or more minutes of delay while the bank is contacted, which often results in the on-line session being timed out and canceled. I actually thought I had submitted this order (same item) back on February 8th, but then I found that I had not received any confirmation e-mail, and that the item was still in my cart. The next time I buy anything from Dell, if there is a next time, I think I will proceed by telephone. Ordering from Dell on-line is simply too painful. Overall Rating

Dell is way too concerned about making more money off me when I'm ordering, making me wade through offers and ads while trying to buy. Also there were several unnecessary screens and several unnecessary sections of screens, while buying. An unbiased consultant should walk through the site to buy something and experience all the unnecessary crap - and then tell Dell - they obviously haven't walked through the site in a long time - or don't give a damn. Also - I shouldn't have to have a password to buy. Overall Rating

The system was extremely slow. It took 5 tries between last night and this morning before I was finally able to finish. Each time I thought, did it go through or should I try again? I got as far as 'order submit' each time. I tried calling last night 3 times and it appeared be be answered by someone in India. They transfered me and I promptly got disconnected twice. The 3rd time a recording said they're closed and to call between 9-9. I still don't know if my order got submitted multiple times. I'll have to call between 9-9. Overall Rating

Just wish you could order the configuration you need, without having to get items you don't want. Had a relative order the same exact laptop at a better price, but customer service did not have "access" to this pricing - and it was just last month. And there was no one else available to discuss it with - hmmmm. It is what it is. Been a customer for a long time, but certainly feel that no longer matters. Overall Rating

The biggest issue I had was the shipping address and billing address. I feel that the shipping address are focused on residential shipping address, a better tutorial for shipping to military addresses would be appreciated. Overall Rating
