On the Merchant Evaluation, question #1 didn't pertain to me because I never received a discontinued and/or backordered notice, so that question is very hard to rate accurately. I finally opened and edited my credit card information and my address - both which were already saved in the system - and the order went through. But it would have been good to HIGHLIGHT those areas if that is where the system was detecting an error. Ordering took way too long when this should have been a simple click, click, click transaction, especially since most of my information is already saved in my account.	Overall Rating
