Very easy to find what I needed. Easy checkout too. Thanks! On the Merchant Evaluation, question #1 didn't pertain to me because I never received a discontinued and/or backordered notice, so that question is very hard to rate accurately. It should be restated to say something similar to question #6, for example " ... only if you've ...". Just a thought. |

I logged on through the Box Tops Marketplace so my purchase would earn Box Tops. However, there was not any indication that my school would receive said Box Tops (3 for every $10) when I actually placed the order. What gives?! |

I do not understand why my previous Dell preferred account was frozen. Though it is late right now, there should have been a warning that a credit check could not be completed after standard business hours. I was disappointed with that particular foul up. |

It is very upsetting to me that I have to order from Dell online. I would much prefer to purchase my ink at Office Depot, Sams, or another retail outlet. When this printer ceases to work, I will NEVER purchase another Dell product. |

Dont know why I had to pay sales tax for an internet transaction...Amazon doesnt charge sales tax...the stuff I needed was a component for an end item, that cost as much as the end item. MY VERY LAST PURCHASE FROM DELL EVER AGAIN....PROB GOING TO SWITCH TO MAC. |

I did not llike to see or be required to give up my rights through the arbitration requirement. That should be made clear in the begining not at the end of a purchase. |

My current computer is working very slow so it took some time to get to the final submit page. However, the prersonalization of my purchase was absolutely perfect. I used the info/hints/recommendations provided to select a computer that fits my needs at a reasonable price. |

Frustrating that the system kept asking me to "fix errors highlighted below" but didn't highlight anything. I finally opened and edited my credit card information and my address - both which were already saved in the system - and the order went through. But it would have been good to HIGHLIGHT those areas if that is where the system was detecting an error. Ordering took way too long when this should have been a simple click, click, click transaction, especially since most of my information is already saved in my account. |

some of the pages ran error messages that said that certificates were not up to date process took 2-3 hours because pages would not come up tried on different computers still had same problems |
