I was very satisfied with the kind customer service for dealing with my inexperienced computer self. Checkout was smooth. was advised shipping was 3-5 weeks. Received furniture within 15 days. Furniture is so great looking. Very pleased and recommend to everyone! |

Tried to get a price matched with a few local stores and thefurniture.com definitely matched the price and much more. They offered me' superb customer service. The shipping was quick and the furniture is gorgeous!!! I will definitely be buying a cling room set soon! |

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the furniture. This company offers great cheap pricing for quality furniture. I recommended this to my family and friends. The shipping time is just as promised. Very satisfied. DO NOT READ ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Call this company and you will see for yourself how great they are. |

It was difficult for me to get a receipt which should have been my first clue this wasn't going to be a good shopping experience. I was told that I would receive my order via a trucking company who would call me no less than 24 hours before arriving. I received a phone call 1 hour before they were to show up. All was delivered but one night stand. The night stand being shipped was an oversight from the shipping company but Furniture.com would not make good on their commitment. It took almost 3 months to get the nightstand because "there were no other deliveries in my area". I was required to call every week to see if there was a delivery date and each time, customer service lied, telling me it would be delivered within 2 weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was denied that opportunity and I was told the owner of the company doesn't speak to customers. There was literally nothing I could do other than wait. I was very unhappy and will never give them my business again. |

Excellent value - saved over 40% compared to local vendor. Even after I gave my online price to the local vendor, he could not even come close. The Item came very well packaged and except for some very minor blemishes were in excellent shape The customer service was excellent - I mostly communicated via e-mail and got prompt responses. The delivery service is handled by a different company and that was somewhat slower than expected even after they got the shipment (they were waiting for a truck coming to our area and that took 2 weeks). If you are in a hurry to get the furniture, this would not work for you but if you can afford to wait, the delivery folks are polite, respond quickly to phone calls even after hours and overall quite satisfactory. I would definitely buy again from thefurniture.com and recommend to friends who don't need the furniture by a certain deadline. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is due to this issue with somewhat unpredictable delivery interval. |

I've ordered a dining table set worth of S1,600. They've got the money right away. It was suppose to come in 4 weeks, but it was not shipped even after 9 weeks. Customer service LIED to us every single time we've called them for status order: it will come next week (twice), it will be shipped tomorrow, it was already shipped today-- all lies. The didn't know the order status at all and eventually I had to cancel it. One of the worst online experience. |

If you need furniture here is the place to buy! Not only do they sell quality furniture they also have great customer service. After checking around, I found thefurniture.com to be the best price available. My experience from the sales rep to the young man who did the white glove delivery of my bedroom set, curio cabinet, cocktail table, sofa table, and end table, could not have been nicer with top notch expertise; not to forget customer service. What they advertise about customer satisfaction guaranteed is accurate. Buy with confidence knowing that you are saving yourself time and money by buying from thefurniture.com. TheFurniture.com gives excellent pricing if you have a large order. We furnished our entire house through TheFurniture.com (3 bd, dinning, living, family, office, kitchen). The only thing is that we had to wait about 5-6 months to get our furniture. The manager, Nancy showed consideration for the delay that she threw in extra stools for the island. One thing is that the communication with the rep. we dealt with was extremely difficult. We received a dented sofa, which unfortunately the Mgfr. discountined and I had to find someone to repair it. The repair cost was $490 & they only paid $350, which means the warranty which comes with the furniture is pretty much "crap" and expect to pay out of your pocket for repairs. I gave this company another chance as I had to purchase a few more things to make up the mistakes, but every time I call them, I'm bounced around and no one seems to be willing to help. Therefore, I'm not sure if I will return to them for future purchases. |

I ordered and paid for a dining room suite on October 7, 2009. It is January 6, 2010 and I still have not received my china cabinet. These people are completely unprofessional and totally unapologetic. Never have they proactively contacted me to inform me of delay after delay after delay. I couldn't cancel the order without a 25% restocking fee on furniture that hadn't even shipped when my request to cancel was denied without reason. I understand backorders but 13 weeks? Now it's delayed another 3 weeks because they don't have a truck in the area to pick it up?!? Never again and I encourage everyone to avoid thefurniture.com |

We could not be more satisfied with our new kitchen pub style table set. We originally found this set at Ashley Furniture and loved the set. I decied to shop around and see if I could find it online and I could not belive the price "thefurniture.com" listed it, plus free shipping and no tax made it a no brainer!!! I expected at least 4 to 6 weeks for shipping and it came in 10 DAYS!!! We were so happy and will shop again for outdoor furniture for our new deck! We will recommed "thefurniture.com to everyone! We were very wary of ordering furniture via the internet, however, we were extremely pleased with Thefurniture.com. The representative from the company was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. It was easy to reach him and he was very reasuring. The bed arrived in one week, days earlier than we expected. It was more beautiful than the photo and was easy to assemble, exactly as promised. I highly recommend thefurniture.com, and would definitely purchase from this company again in the future |

Online Chat rep was very helpful. Price matched another online furniture store for a 5pc Coaster Soho bedroom set. I was very nervous about buying a bedroom set based on a picture. The set arrived within a week of ordering. I'm very very pleased with my purchase and am glad that I didn't settle for a set in the retail stores around me. I will def purchase from thefurniture.com again. |

I was looking for an espresso chair to match one I had purchased from a retail store. I did a search on the name brand and found the exact chair on thefurniture.com. Thefurniture.com's total price was better than other sites I looked at (even better than the one who offered free shipping). I received the product in a little over a week. I had no problems with my order. The new chair matches perfectly with my other one. I would definitely order from thefurniture.com again. |

I purchased a sofabed from them believing their product description. They claimed that the sofabed was European and leather but it turned out to be bicast and from China. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They should change the wording to introduce their products and be honest about it. Also they promised a fast 2 week delivery. I received my sofabed in 6 weeks. I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service and product. |

The furniture is very cheap compared to other websites, but not as good as in stores. I had no choice in getting my bed as the furniture stores around me were out of stock and my wife was really aching for one. I went online to look for one and bought it on thefurniture.com I did received my furniture with an extra discount on top equaling just a little bit more than what I would have gotten at the store. I'd buy from this place again. |

This is the worst online transaction I have ever made. We ordered our furniture with "5-10 day shipping" It has now been 35 days and they are still giving us the runaround. "Its not it our hands..." they say. "Its already on the truck". "It will be there tomorrow" Again and again. The best news is we can't cancel the order without a 25% restocking fee...Don't believe me...look at their website. Please don't order from this company. |

I ordered a rather large bedroom set from Thefurniture.com am very happy with the purchase price and the service. I decided to change my order after placing it and called their customer service department. They were very friendly and helpfull and my set was delivered to me in perfect condition sooner then even they predicted. I have been disappointed with online experiences before but found this one pleasantly surprising. |

I still have yet to recieve the shipment after 16 business days. Website said it would ship 5-10 business days. I finally got a tracking number today. The delayed shipment is one thing, something I could deal with. Their attitude and customer service is the main factor I am writing this right now. One gentleman in particular basically told me I was SOL. Management would not talk with me and would not respond to my concerns. I will never order from this company, nor would I advise anyone to. Retailer Response (03/04/2006): We never had this customer. Looks like this rating is from competitor. |
