Newegg just collects the money, takes their cut, and then you're on your own. Their response, when I told them about an inaccurately represented product was "The product was sold and shipped directly by the seller. Newegg is simply a platform." I was told to contact the seller via email and that was my only recourse. They're not involved. They just, you know, collect the money. Wait. You mean they weren't interested in the fact that one of their sellers was misrepresenting products? Nope! This is what they told me. This is what you need to know. Newegg may be fine for buying products from Newegg. However, until they offer any sort of arbitration process or consumer guarantees, you're better off buying somewhere else.	Overall Rating
