I use Free style lite test strips and have never had a problem with any of the the strips. In other words these test strips work every time. I did once have a problem with a product, called cust. service and was very well treated and promptly exchanged the item in question and was provided with shipping return instructions. I no longer see that particular item listed, so I assume that after my initial complaint it was removed from inventory. No one else should have the same problem.	Overall Rating
