The selection is always quite good and when I've had to use them, their return policies were excellent. I've never experienced any negativity or hassles from the store personnel. Id checked reviews and saw that overall most people has good shopping experiences with them. Recently I was in the market for a new guitar. Every site I checked listed it at the same price, $1149. I opted to try Zzounds and use their 4 pay as you play plan. That in itself is worth a positive review, that a company will allow you to break your payments into installments. After I purchased my guitar I was looking around online and came across another site that listed the same guitar at $150 off, $999. I was pretty upset with myself and assumed I was stuck paying the higher price. Figuring I had nothing to lose by calling and seeing about a price adjustment, I called Zzounds to see if they would price match. The CSR went to the other site, checked the price, and within 5 minutes I just saved $150. Zzounds is doing it the right way. Ill shop Zzounds for all my music needs in the future.	Overall Rating

I am a musician so, I am sometimes strapped for cash. Without this plan I would have never been able to get the gear I need! Another great thing about zZounds, is their customer service reps! They are the most patient, knowledgeable folks anyone could ask for! They all know what they are talking about and, if they don't have the answers off the top of their heads, they find the answers elsewhere or connect you with someone who has the answers. The one & only complaint I have is their lack of in-stock merchandise! I often get frustrated when I need something and it's out of stock! Unfortunately, this happens too often. But, the frustration never stops me! I am loyal to zZounds unless I need something like, yesterday and it is unavailable at zZounds!	Overall Rating

I sent them a link to an eBay merchant who was selling a product for cheaper than was listed on the Zzounds website and Zzounds emailed me back in about 15 minutes with an offer significantly lower than the eBay merchant. However, it wasn't until I read the email from Zzounds that the price on the eBay store was reflecting a B-Stock item which is why it was so inexpensive, yet Zzounds still gave me a lower price for the same item in brand new condition!
