This is the first time I've purchased anything from OnSale.com. The process is easy, the price of the item is excellent, the free shipping is great, I was able to track shipping, and I received exactly what I ordered in its original factory packaging within the 5 days as promised. I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase. |

Site needs some reduction on graphics and colors. its either that or they are uneven, it kinda gave a need to search on where someting ends and where something starts... otherwise the information available is great... except that it needs to be better organized |

Prices increased between the time I started shopping and the time I placed my order. Also, I saw an advertisement for the cheaper USPS shipping, but then inexplicably, it was not an option for my iPod accessories at checkout. Very frustrating. BEWARE! Giving them my money was the only convenient thing about this company. We ordered a 37" Westinghouse 1080dpi tv with a Mustang Mount to fit- the prices seemed right. Upon opening the boxes, we found a few pieces of what should have been a wall mount, but no instructions. It was clear there were missing pieces. The TV didn't come with a remote, and neither box came with a manual. Nor did we recieve a reciept of purchase. After calling and being put on hold nearly a dozen times with customer "service", I gave up and called our account representative at the same time on the same day of the week we had given her our money. It seemed that she was trying to help but really was full of empty promises. She said she'd call back and never did. Last August, I ordered a Linksys VOIP SPA3102 and the price was good. The delivery was on time and everything was ok. So last September 3rd, I decided to order the same device from OnSale and assumed that everything would be ok.
OnSale sent an email reminder until September 16 that item is backordered. However a check today (October 1), shows my order is still on backorder. At the same check, i see that item is available now but at a different price.
I contacted CS who validated item is indeed available but my order is not. Confused i asked how's that when the part number (onsale partnumber) is the same. CS says price was not. They said my order will ship next week.
Does this mean i have to wait for the item to go back to my price or is Onsale expecting more shipment thus price drop.
Either way it does not make sense...! I suspect Onsale is trying to make me get my order because i order before the price increase.

I think your company may need better exposure; it was by chance I found your site. There may be thousands of others that do not know of your existance.( brand name products and fair pricing;--go for volume sales) Sorry, old consultant ! POST INTERNET ORDER: We order on-line for the ease of not having to speak with a sales person. Holding an order until it is confirmed by phone is not good customer service. If I had known of this befor the order, I would not have ordered. Ordering on-line should be fast and easy! |

I placed my order 18 days ago.
On the 5th day, I received an email saying the item i ordered was not in stock, but would be back in stock 3 days later.
Today, 10 days later, still have not received item or any notification of when i would.
After calling customer service several times i have not been able to speak to a real person even after being on hold for almost an hour. Retailer Response (08/26/2008): Thank you for your feedback.
