I have been trying to find the product I purchased and the manufacturer provided me with this link among others. Now: I have not received my order. The merchant informed me in several e-mails that the merchandise was on back order. I just wish they would have put it as unavailable to begin with, but as I stated in my previous review, I have been unable to locate anyone that had the item in stock. I just hope that they get it in and forward it on to me. So far they have not charged my card, and I do appreciate that company policy which was noted in their back-order correspondence. I am now beeing told that the letter "R" following the model number stands for refurbished whereas in the product description the word refurbished is not mentioned! One total was 13.84 and the other 14.23 yet both were identical orders I just don't understand how the charges are different. The only order I had approved was the 13.84. called on monday 12/8/08 and was told I would be getting a refund. Didn't happen. Called again on wed 12/10/08 and told the same thing. Now my statement shows my bank gave me a refund and charged it right back. I was even on hold with customer service for 16 min without ever talking to anyone. My shipment still has not arrived and its not scheduled for a couple more days. I feel customer service techs are extremely nice however I have still not been accomodated as I should have. I think I should recieve a refund for both charges simply for the innconvenience they have put me through and the time I've wasted. Next time I'll buy at the local store and pay a few dollars extra!
