When i called about the tracking number, the actual rep picked up, not even a computer! WILL at ext.79888 is knowledgable, honest, friendly and frankly. You will not feel any sale pressure when you talk to him but talking to a friend.You should try by yourself. This is one of the very best online firms to do business with so go for it you will be a happy camper. Their prices are competitive, not always the very lowest out there but the service more than evens the score and the sales people are outstanding. Then they send me an email. Two pieces were shipped in the first day and the back-ordered one was shipped two days later. I got emails on each shipment. The only inconvenience was that I can't track the order on-line for some reason. After I wrote them an email they responded in 1 hour and fixed the problem.
