(BUYERS BEWARE). CDW rejected my order from Customer Service, requesting faxed copies of the front and back of the credit card and drives license. The credit card company ADVISED TO caution CDW poor business practice. In which divulging personal information would place personal accounts risk for Fraud. |

Beware about CDW's pricing. I recently bought a Belkin notebook 10/100Bt card due to CDW's seemly "good" price of $11.90. I understood the reason after I got the card. The original Belkin card kit comes with an adapter which was confirmed by Belkin tech support person. CDW splited the kit to sell the card and the adapter separately without any disclosure. CDW charges the adapter for additional $20. CDW is deceiving and dishonest. To make the thing worse, the girl at the phone was very rude. |

Talk about a screwed up bureaucracy!! Their CFO has his head up his butt. Placed an order, was then asked to FAX the order, credit card, drivers license, then asked for bank number and other verifications. Finally called customer service. Order never processed for 5 days. These guys do not know what they are doing. You will be asking for a lot of headaches. If you get my account exec, cancel your order immediately - he can't handle it. |

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE--BEWARE!! I ordered a new Oly 5050 and was told there was a rebate of over $200, but the sales rep was either misinformed or not too honest, I don't know which. Turns out it also required a certain printer purchase. I got the camera for a present, gave it, and am stuck. I was stonewalled until I emailed all my past emails I had scrupuously saved, so there was no denying what they told me. All they could offer was for me to return it, even postage paid. |

have orderedm any things from them in the past (sony dvd burner comes to mind), they have always arrived exactly as described, and on time. great prices/shipment. I would rate the service, but i have never had to contact them |

I knew something was fishy when they advertised a 5GB iPOD when every other mechant said they were out of stock. Well, I ordered one and after entering all of my info, and when I went to check order status, I got a "backordered" msg. I called and was assured they were in stock, just not in the shipping warehouse. Big lie. A week later i got an email saying the product was unavailiable. A waste of my time, patience and my consumer confidence. Never again with them. |

After placing an order for a hard to find digital camera, I heard nothing from my sales person for over 3 months. When I called her to determine the status of my order I was told that they had already sold my camera but that they would reorder it for me. I waited another 6 months and finally recieved a call from my sales rep stating that the camera was now out of production and that I could call her if I would like to place an order for the new model. Yeah Right! Don't hold your breath. |

We use CDW-G (since we're higher education) but it's really all the same. CDW-G has just about everything in stock, at very competitive prices. Your account is tied to a particular salesperson, and ours gives us excellent service when needed (when we've had to exchange, return, ask a question, etc.). I buy a lot of stuff from them. |

I actually called in my order because of speacial shipping requirements that other company's couldn't or wouldn't handle. CDW did!! The transaction took less than 10 minutes to complete, which is less time then what I spent checking around with better priced companies. On top of all this, CDW was able to lower their price to less than $0.15 difference between them and the lowest price I found. Good job CDW!!!!!! |

I have been shopping with CDW for 4 years & have had NOTHING but a positive experience. I acredit this WONDERFUL experience to my sales rep. She has been nothing but helpful in EVERY way imaginable. I live in a rural area of the Texas panhandle (2 hr. from a big city)& work in a small hospital with a small budget for the IT dpt., so I have to shop via the net often & smartly. If I find a product of the same m/n & specs @ a competior, she knocks off her price & some off the S & H. GOOD EXPERIENCE |

Since this has to be short and sweet, here is the lowdown. The CDW website did not have a picture of item, so I ordered the wrong item. Although I am at fault for not noticing, they are in the business and should equip the buyer to make right purchase on net. When I tried to return the item, they started hassling me about proceedure. I threatened them, they e-mailed my return number in 30 minutes instead of two days. Bad customer relations. Never again. |

I have been through 3 account managers, none of them return emails if I have a complaint, fast response on sales? What a bunch of crooks. I order more than $30,000 worth of hardware and software a year from these guys no more! Ordered $3000 Sony monitor and they gave me open box!! Ordered HP all-in-one, glass on scanner part was shattered. They refused to send me another one saying it was UPS's fault. Box was in perfect shape when received. |

Top rate service. These guys aren't sub standard like a lot of ones on pricegrabber. Really professional, and I got very good pricing though usually prices aren't usually their best strong point. Had shipping problems with UPS they help sort out and stayed with it the whole time. Good job! |

I will never be purchasing from CDW again. I ordered the DRX500UL from them, which they claimed to have in stock, and a week later I get an email informing me that the item is on backorder. I was already supposed to have the item in my hands by then but they still hadn't even determined whether they had the product. Second thing was that the DRX500UL was no longer being made by Sony. They had replaced it with the DRX500ULX so I would have been waiting on backorder forever. |

These guys have excellent customer service- but their pricing is absolutely out of line. I used to shop them for all my corporate purchases- I now shop elsewhere. They will negotiate prices- but cannot come close to other stores for low prices. |

excellent experience. customer service was VERY on top of things. Within 1/2 hour of our placing the order we received a phone call confirming the order. item was shipped the following day. we received item 4 days after ordering(weekend included)would buy from CDW anytime! |

I placed an order for a printer on their web site, which indicated that the item was in stock and would ship the same day. The following day, I checked my order status, and found that the printer was backordered. After cancelling the order, I rechecked the web site listing, and found the same product still listed as being in stock!! |

The overall experience with CDW was great. I ordered my product on-line, and it was shipped out as promised. The only problem was that they have no way of verifying if something is shipped. UPS failed to scan the product on pickup which caused a lot of confusion. |

Ordered a camcorder bag from CDW on 1/8/03 and recieved it early this afternoon 1/10/03! Didnt expect it til tomorrow. That alone was impressive, as well as the price CDW was selling it for compared to other merchants. Will buy from again, and will recommend to others. |

I order the ipaq h1910 on jan 2,2003 for my wife over the phone and the salesperson told me it would be at my house by jan 3,2003 and to my surprise it was here on time like she said so i will be calling the salesperson soon for another ipaq h1910 for me. |

I've used them at work, a very small corporate account, and at home through a seperate account. Their reps. are amazing and always there. I've had the same corporate rep. for nearly 10 years. If I don't have time to research a product, I tell them what I need, and they do it. Returns are never a problem. Price isn't the cheapest but service is tops. I buy from no one else. |
