Original tel. questions answered very well. Online ordering is very staightforward. Reordering page after logging in is very expeditious . Discount perks by e-mail as coupon codes(entire purchase total discount) and a plastic card by snail mail before Christmas is appreciated . It jumps around all over the place, resets values that I've set otherwise when there are errors, doesn't give good error messages and is just generally junky. Looks like it was built by the low bidder. You are probably profitable since you haven't gone out of business. I suggest that you might be more profitable by fixing these problems because your cart abandonment percentage will decline.	Overall Rating

I always end up with double the amount I need. The same thing happened again, except this time they shipped a month later than indicated. Both shipments arrived within a day of each other.
