A fragile blu-ray player backed into a bigger box with no padding, and inadequate tapping. Drive could have been damaged, or could have fallen out of the containing box. It would have been safer to just attach shipping labels to the manufactures box (except for the risk of theft)	Overall Rating

They don't work with Plasma TV's and I have two of them. So I contact customer support by e-mail 4 days ago with no response on how to return items. So now what do I do? I had to contact sony support to find out that the headphones don't work will with Plasma tv's. It says so right on the box in small print in one corner. Thanks for the heads up techonweb.UPDATE... finally spoke with customer support and was told that they do not take returns on any Sony electronics. REALLY? After speaking with them for a while he spoke to his supervisor who agreed to a take the item back. Waited 3 days for return authorization code. Will not do business with this company again. I'd like to be able to know when I order which vendor will be shipping. It should also be made clear when ordering that signature is required upon delivery.
