The factory product packaging was intact, but the shipping box from Techonweb was far larger than it needed to be, and there was absolutely no packing to protect the merchandise in the original manufacturer's packaging. The price was the best and delivery far exceeded my expectations. Ordered Monday received Wednesday! Anybody looking for a top end receiver at a fabulous price check the Sony 3D receiver for $335. There were some issues when a major storm (tornadoes) killed there systems. In my opinion, better than E-Bay, cause you get what you want or need at less or the same price without the hassle of bidding and waiting for the bid to end. The free shipping is a big plus! Even though I was informed my item would take 7-10 days, I got it on the 3rd day! I'm a customer for life! Look to Tech On The Web BEFORE searching anywhere else. You'll be glad you did..
