It said all products are brandnew, but the watch they sent to me looks like it was returned from some body because the box was not in good shape, lost the protective tape on the band and there were some scratches dirt on the back. The next day my order was shipped via FedEx two day (their standard shipping option) and rec'd on Wed. Product was exactly as advertised, packaged with product tags, instruction manuals and warranty cards. The price was excellent, with shipping included it was half the MSRP. The watch is beautiful and brand new with all original warranties and packaging. It arrived within 2 business days. Watchzone sends out tracking info on all shipments as soon as they ship. If you register with them the price is even better on many items. I will definitely buy from them again.	Overall Rating

Tried placing an order, at final checkout received an error message, stating that my "billing did not match my credit card" (it did) "you are now logged out"... So attempted trying to place the order again, thinking maybe i mispelled something, but still got the same error. Checked to see any confirmation emails on the order, and none were received. checked online bank statement, and what do you know, i was double charged!!	Overall Rating

There was no watch diameter or thickness listed in the description. I went to another site to get that info. The lack of info bummed me out a little. The only thing I didn't like about my experience was that the description of the watches were a little brief. A little more detail would have been helpful (dimensions of the watchband and timepiece, year of model). But overall I enjoyed my experience and will be a returning customer in the future.
