I placed an order on April 12, 2012 and have still not received it on May10, 2012. The merchant will not respond to my inquiries. They had been so good to deal with in the past......very disappointed. |

I ordered my items on April 18, 2012. I have received no communication from Luxury Parlor letting me know what the status of my order is despite multiple emails. Additionally, I logged into the website to view the status of my order and while there is a tracking number, the USPS says it's waiting for the item. One of the items I ordered is crossed out as well, and I don't know what that means. |

Customer service at LuxuryParlor.com sucks. I sent 2 messages explaining that one product was not capped tightly and leaked out inside everything in the shipment but never received any response. Also there is no phone number for customer service so I can't call and speak with anyone about this. The only way to contact them is by e-mail and they don't bother answering those. Apparently they just don't care about customer service. |

Very deceiving, poor customer service, no response in terms of inquiry, kept calling the number--messages only. Finally was able to get a hold of someone, no understanding of the problem. Very poor service. Will not order from this place ever again...very sorry that I did. |

When I received my order one product was missing, I sent an email to notify customer service and then I received an email back asking what products I received. I replied on 2/29 but no response, I sent another email on 3/7/12 then I was able to find a phone number (even though it is not on your website) I spoke to a representative who was very reluctant but after a few minutes told me she was sending a replacement. I was charged the entire amount of my order so I expect to receive everything I paid for. |

First of all, I ordered some products on the 17th of February and today is the 25th and still have not received them yet. I contact my local post office to find out that this company hasn't even shipped the order that said would arrive in 3-5 days. I've sent them several emails and have not gotten a response yet. Someone better send the products ASAP or deposit my 168 dollars back into my account or I will take legal actions. |

I order Moroccanoil treatment from this websit on 2/18. They took money $193.75 on 2/21 from my credit and until now I NEVER GOT my product. They never sent me the order number or email nothice. I tried to send the email to alexa@luxuryparlor.com but got the Failure delivery email back. I am going to call my bank to mark this company is a "FRAUD" "Beware this Company" |

I could never understand what they are doing. I ordered 3 items and waited for 5days. But my order had never been processed. And I emailed them several times but never received a single answer. Finally, they shipped one item - only one item - and removed other 2 items from my order. I again emailed them to ask what's happening but again no answers. I still do not know the reason for the delay and cancellation. I do not even want to know about it any more. I will never order anything from them. The worst experience ever!!! Long delay between ordering and shipping the order and when I asked for an explanation for the delay in shipping the order I received NO response. Piss-poor communication and customer service. One item was cancelled due to be out of stock although I was allowed to purchase. Another item was incorrect upon arrival. I emailed and did not receive an answer about the incorrect item. Also, there is no phone number to call to talk to someone. |

completed transaction well on website, however had to involve my Credit Card Bank to assure they didn't reject the order. Afterward only one of two items were shipped and not for the same price! I sent a email from the site asking for a correction. I received a short reply that did not address my concern and was told to leave the replacement invoice alone and accept the difference in cost. I will never shop with this seller again. After I placed my order, I changed my mind and wrote to them asking to cancel my order immediately. They ignored all correspondence with me. I also wrote to them saying that when you search through Google it came up as the store offered "Free Shipping." When I wrote the seller explaining this, they came back with, "that is only on orders exceeding $75 or more." They didn't cancel my order, so when it came via the Post Office, I refused the parcel. The seller never wrote me back that they had refunded the credit back to my card. I had to file a dispute claim with my bank to get the entire refund (shipping too) back to my account. This seller was not honest in there dealings with me. They failed to respond to any of my emails. There is no phone number to contact this seller, and I feel they misrepresented themselves as a business. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family. I sent this merchant 4 messages explaining that I had made a mistake and asked them to cancel the order. Their response did not relate to my request and they mailed the order without giving me a chance to correct it. They do not furnish a phone number. I sent an e-mail requesting an explanation regarding my credit card charges because they were lower than they should have been. The response time was excellent. However, my question was not answered as to the amount on my credit card. It appears that only a partial order was sent due to inventory reduction. ( this was a gift sent to someone out of state- how does one explain a partial gift or know that it occurred?). I received no notification of this reduction until I inquired about it. Because only a partial shipment was sent, the cost fell below the "free shipping" threshold" level. I was not notified of that. At least that is what appears to be the case; as I stated this was sent as a gift to someone else and I never received an adjusted statement via e-mail. The response to my inquiry was not addressed. |

It was bad enough when I wasn't given the free shipping because I live in the foreign country of Alaska. It was also bad when I emailed customer service they said Luxury Parlor does not offer free shipping to AK and internationally. And then I received no reply when I explained that nowhere on their website does it say the free shipping offer doesn't apply to AK. No, that's not the worst of it. The worst is when I realized that not only had I not received all the items I ordered, I hadn't received any emails letting me know the hair gel was was on backorder. I checked the order status today and found out the hair gel was apparently not going to ship to me - it was on the order, but crossed out. I'm really glad they told me so I could order it from somwhere else - I mean, it's obvious that when someone orders something they'd like to have it, right? Apparently not. No contact number for customer service. Have had to write again since my first message questions were not addressed. I ordered an item that was in stock at the time I ordered, and have yet to find out if it will be shipped or I can cancel. It now shows up as out of stock.
