I was using an alternative shipping address, took the time out of my day to call my bank, then call TheNerds to confirm I followed their process, and my package was shipped ground. Then, when I call for a credit for the shipping, the credit isn't the correct amount. The birthday present will be late by 4 days. What happened to accountability and competency?	Overall Rating
