As with any company that does business on-line, you must call them if possible to be sure your order is processed correctly. At least that has been MY experiance with buying from on-line merchants. I called in to make sure they had stock on my item, a 3COM 3CR990 NIC. The person I spoke with said they had it in stock, but it was an OEM item (bare card only). I received the tracking number the next day via e-mail as I requested. The tracking info gave an ETA of Monday, April 23. I received the camera on Friday the 19th! The camera was brand new as stated on their website and was in a factory sealed box. The info on their website stated that it would come with one pack of film and 4 packs were included in the box. As the product was not very expensive, I decided to try it, anyway. Well, I was very pleased with Compuvest. The DVD was shipped promptly, arrived exactly as I expect and even a little problem I had with my credit card was nicely dealt with by the Customer Service. That price is actually for an ATI 32mb SDR. I ordered the ATI 32mb DDR they did have listed for $45 and they delivered by UPS snail delivery in 72 hours. There could be a link from the Shipping Address Zip direct to the Shipping Fee screen. That was about the only jogging experience I had with placing the order. Great job overall!	Overall Rating
