The description of the card was "512MB MSI Radeon HD4350 DDR2 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card R4350MD512H". I was looking specifically for a video card that had HDMI output. The card I received has no HDMI connector, only VGA and DVI. The description I wrote is directly from the email they sent me confirming my order. I looked back at their website. I called their 888 number only to be told that I need to email them with all my info, and I would probably incur a restocking fee. The same day I originally posted this review, Megan from Compuvest contacted me. She worked relentlessly to fix the problem with my order, and thanks to her, the issue is completely resolved. When I attemted to install it, I found it was inoperable. I contacted "cisco tech support for help.
