Shepler's hotly promoted "Handshake Guarantee" is anything but! This was my recent experience when trying to return an item. Fully expect Sheplers to refuse your return if they feel like it. Aparently they have policies about returns, but those policies are NEVER put on their web site or in their order materials. Shop with care when dealing with Sheplers. |

Pathetic, they sent the wrong item. Ordered carpenter jeans and they sent relax fit. Asked me if I was sure knew what carpenter jeans were. Told me that the exchange process can take up to 5 wks but have faith they will get it straightened out. I was told that they could refund my money but that would take approx. 3 to 4 weeks. Highly reccomend not doing business with!! I never will again! There are too many companies out there that want to get it right and care if you are happy or not. Customer service acted as though they could care less. Just another pain in the .... customer. I don't understand that mentality. |

Sheplers sent the wron size item. Item was returned for exchange. After 10 days, they can't locate returned item. They want me to trace the item they lost. Horrible customer service |
