We knew exactly what we wanted to order down to the manufacturer and model numbers, and found the items on A M royal's web site without hassle Our purchased items were shipped out the next day, we ordered on a Sunday. The boxes arrived in a timely fashion within 4 business days, well cushioned inside and outer shipping carton. They were also completely sealed and brand new, not recycled products. The phone side of the transaction with A M royal's customer service staff was pleasant and helpful. While the items were in transit we had an issue with the date of delivery and it was resolved with the customer service rep on the phone. It is always nice to know that when you buy high ticket items you have good support behind it and A M Royal provides just that peace of mind. The product came a week later from New Jersey to Minnesota with the delivery people putting it IN my house DOWN in the basement right where my other washer went. The product had no damage from shipping, AM Royal was very courteous and responsive in their emails and the delivery company was just the same on the phone to set up a delivery time that worked for me.
