I called and was put on hold with music until th emusic went away and no one answered. I sent emailed twice and have not received a response. the only reason I ordered from these people is because Pricegrabber.com gave them good ratings. i feel like I am trying to talk to Peggy and I am getting ripped off. I am very disappointed. It is not a good experience. i am hoping we get it, but I feel like canceling my credit card order. Please Help Pricegrabber.com! Retailer Response (12/29/2011): We have re-shiped the package to you. The first package may have been lost by the carrier during holiday busy season. We will take care the claim for the 1st package. I had read the many reviews about poor service after ordering. They did not come true. I ordered on the evening of Thu Dec 15, 2011 and the switch was at my door Tue Dec 20 before 10AM! The order tracking information did make me wonder, because it was showing as "In Process" all the way through most of Monday the 19th. The price was the best I found and it was free shipping as well! They offered 3-5 business day delivery for $3.99 and I took it. The package arrived in good shape.	Overall Rating
