Good company, bad shipping. Dealing with company's sales staff was great. However, my office desk arrived banged up/smashed to bits courtesy of Yellow Shipping. In addition, the shipment was delayed 3-4 times because Yellow claimed no one was at home. This was quite surprising for me since I live in a luxury apartment building with 1 doorman and 2 guys at the front desk 24x7! After refusing the shipment, OfficeFurniture called me to cancel the order and I recieved a full refund. |
