The tracking number given was wrong, had to call twice. Arrived with a tear on the bottom and two of the chair legs are sub-par. Since we put them in back and it is an armless chair piece to a sectional sofa we already had we put the legs in the back and they don't show. Neither does the tear in the underside. However, it arrived off the Fed Ex truck in only a cloth cover so it is easy to see how damage happened enroute. The fed ex driver didn't even knock on the door, just left it on porch. Good thing my husband had called to see when it would arrive and stayed home or someone might have stolen it. The fed ex tracking number was wrong. Called twice and it was never give to us correctly. Best price I could find on internet and would take my chance again but merchant should really assure that the items are shipped out for them in a more careful fashion. Return would be a pain. I liked this site, but I found the accuracy in the time it took for showing my package shipped and by who to be terrible, because I had called to find out where my shipment was, cause I only received one email the first one that showed I had purchased the product. no updates till I called and asked about where the package was and told them I saw in my credit card that they had taken the money from them. Also, was disappointed that there was no Coupon applicable for someone buying in my price range. I have come to expect this from reputable retailers if I go to the trouble of doing the research on coupons. It was also confusing as to whether or not additional chairs could be purchased to go with this set--it comes with only one chair. Your presentation does not offer a quick understanding of what is available. I really needed to study the site. Also did not like that I needed to download a pdf to view product details. Detail is presented in a very tech-y format that is not user friendly. All that being said, I still have a good feeling about my purchase because of the apparent quality and use of recycled materials. Nice photo of the product which helps a lot.	Overall Rating
