I have fraud protection on my credit-card, and this company had the nerve for me to send critical and personal information about myself to some un-known sitting on the other side of that fax machine. They told me their policy, and now they know my Policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!	Overall Rating

I really think that the people giving the good reviews must be people working for the company. Maybe they spend all their time doing that instead of working on customer service. I ordered a vanity THREE months ago with the promise of 4-5 day shipping. It hasn't come yet!!!!! Everytime I called to check the status, I was put on hold from anywhere to a half hour to an hour, usually being hung up on in the end. They were always rude, and completely un-helpful. I would always be dealing with someone different, and they would each give me different updates, from it's shipping next week- to, it was shipped a week ago. I am very frustrated and still waiting for my vanity. They will not offer me a refund, as they have a no refund policy (red flag!). After reading many of their reviews today, I just hope my peice comes without scratches or major defects. I wouldn't wish dealing with this company to anyone.	Overall Rating

Had a bad experience and would never shop in the torrance store again. He made it sound like he was doing us a favor to match the online price and he only agreed to do it on the bosch product. come to find out by reviewing the website that in store can honor all online prices. he didn't tell us of any rebates or other specials. On the WDC website, when searching "Cooktop accessories", only one Wok ring comes up. This is the item I ordered, but it was not the item I needed. The correct item only comes up under "Range Accessories." When I called, I found out that this was a "special order" item and not returnable. The sales representative was very nice in saying "Sorry, we can't help you with this problem."	Overall Rating
