The prices were just too awesome to pass up. My order was processed and delivered in the specified amount of time, and was received in brand-new condition (was still sealed). They refunded me my shipping and give me the $15 rebate credit that I would have got if I actually got a box. So All in all I am out a box, a few days, and a Q adapted for my motherboard, it makes things a bit nicer but once it is installed you dont need it. And in return I get free shipping and the rebate faster. They said there supplier gave them wrong info, yet I still don't see they have updated there web page to show the motherboard dosent come with a box. All in all they will make you happy but you might get something you didn't expect	Overall Rating

I checked on the FEDEX website and in my estimation, shipping should have been more than even pcrush were charging. They probably get a discount. Their deal beat all the others I looked at including all others's shipping so I decided to look at buying all I needed from pcrush since I was getting the best deal.	Overall Rating

I was having problems buying the wall mount for the unit. After spending endless hours on the web and the phone I contacted Yamaha that apologetically told me the wall mount was discontinued. I decided to call PCRush for help. I didn't expect any help but I had nothing to lose. I was surprised when PCRush's customer service actually went on-line and tried to contact some companies in an effort to find the wall mount for me. This is a company that goes above and beyond what is expected from customer service. The PCRush representative named Billy has renewed my confidence and faith in customer service departments. It is refreshing to see a company that stands by the products they sell even when the manufactures don't.
