Don't try to use a coupon code (that is available from THEM, not from some random site) without creating an account at least one day before you place the order. I needed to have an account in order for the coupon to work, so I created one and then placed the order. Even though I saw the discount all the way through the check-out page, I was charged full price. Customer service did NOTHING--I even talked to two different people. They told me if I refused the package, I'd be charged both regular and returned shipping plus a 20% restocking fee! They refused my credit my coupon and have miserable customer service.
