Blair's scam is to try to trick you into signing their promotion and start charging you membership fees. I bought one item from them September 2008 since then every month they charged $14.95 from my CC. I Have tried to contact with them but it is impossible. Do not fall for their trick! Item was returned and was received by Blair 1/9/09. An additional 7.99 was charged for return shipping costs. Spoke to a customer service rep and was told the refund would be processed 10-14 business days after receipt of return. To date, 2/3/09, there has been no refund processed, just the additional charge of 7.99 for return shipping.	Overall Rating

But I don't recall what page it was on in the check out proceedure. Other than that I couldn't find my customer code and could not find a catalog. I met both obligations and received neither. They should have dropped the $1.98 shipping charges and deducted $5.00 off the order. Three customer service people actually lied about the status of the order before I demanded to speak to a supervisor who finally admitted it hadn't even begun the shipping process.
