I was double charged for my order, and it took 7 days to return the additional charge to my account. The customer service representative was very rude and pushy and was not able to send me the additional parts that were missing from my order because, "these kits are pre-packaged and they cannot pull parts from an already completed kit in order to send them out to customers who have received incomplete kits". If this is the case, then how did I manage to receive an incomplete kit; aren't the kits already pre-packaged with everything included that is supposed to be there??? A plus side is, I do not have to pay for return shipping; only issue with that is, now I have to waste my time and gas money to drive 25 miles to the nearest the FedEx location to drop off the return. Overall, I will never purchase anything from genesis auto parts EVER again; too many headaches...	Overall Rating
