On January 30 more than 4 weeks one of the recliners was delivered. Customer Service first told me that there were two in the box (we ar talking recliners), then they told me that the place they get them from only sent them one. Then they finally tell me that they only ordered one in the first place and they had to re-order the other one. The other one was to be delivered on February 28. On February 28 it was reported "Lost In Transit". I finally after nearly three months requested a credit. They have had my money since before Christmas and will refund me the exact amount in 3 - 5 business days after they confirm it is lost. These people have never contacted me on their own. I would have to sit on hold forever and then twice I received a call back after promises that they would. Now I have one non matching recliner and still do not have my money back for the second. They told me it was in the warehouse and would ship out soon (they couldn't give an estimated ship or delivery date) a week later, still no word, so I called again, only to find out someone 'ordered it wrong' so they had to re-order. They never contacted me via email or by phone to let me know this. Plus, I had to wait on hold for 25 mins before someone picked up. Very frustrated. I'm going to cancel my order (of course they charge your credit card at time of order, not at shipping) I'll never buy from them or their parent company Mattress USA.	Overall Rating

Weeks went by without any contact from them. I called twice and was told that they could not contact the manufacturer and that they would call me. Over a month after I placed my order, still no calls. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal and can get my money back, otherwise, I don't think I've ever see it again.	Overall Rating
