They told us that the kind of furniture we ordered will take anywhere 4-6 weeks. The first item was delivered within 7 business days the other item arrived just as they had promised. Management went ahead and sent the dresser and mirror anyway to amend their issue at no additional cost. They were helpful and willing to work with me. This company is worth trusting.
