I placed an order on-line on the 13th. On the 14th, company called me to say I had to order 4 each of the same item and raised the price from $50 each to $293.00 each. What is that all about? |

After being told my order would arrive in 2-3 weeks after placing my order, it is now almost 6 weeks after I placed my order, and I am being told it will be over another week before it gets delivered! The customer service staff does not return phone calls, and has grossly mis-represented the way their shipping/handling and processing works from the get go! Then after asking for compensation, they had the nerve to offer me "expidited" shipping, so I would have it by the end of this week (still SIX weeks after I ordered it, and over 3 weeks after I was promised it)!!!! How is that compensation!!??? The manager/owner finally--begrudgingly agreed to offer a measley 5% refund, and the cost of the "expidited" shipping. I'm am SO discusting with this company! They have misled me from the beginning, and have not followed up with any of my phone calls or e-mails after I had been MORE than patient and understanding!! |

So far so good. Now I just hope that I receive the bed quickly!!! It appeared to be in stock and that is why I am ordering from this website since I found the bed for a lower price on another website. |

This is the first time that I've bought a large piece of furniture online, so I was a little hesitant. If the product is as quality as the ordering experience, then I will be a happy camper. :-) Update: I just received my china cabinet and am very pleased with it! They told us that the kind of furniture we ordered will take anywhere 4-6 weeks. The first item was delivered within 7 business days the other item arrived just as they had promised. I am 200% staisfied with their pricing & shipping. Thank you. |

1. It is 6th week from the date I placed my order. As I’ve been told, it would arrive in 3 weeks. I lost counts how many times she said the product would be shipped next day. Many of next days past, the product is still in their warehouse. 2. Bad customer service, no any follow up calls. She said she would call me next day to confirm. Again, many of next days past, I’ve never received any phone calls from efurnitureshowroom. 3. When I want to cancel the order, she wants to charge me 20% restocking fee. According to her, the product is not even shipped out, and it is still in their warehouse. I do not understand the reason that she thinks she can charge me the restocking fee. |

I purchased some furniture from them online in February 2011 from their company website (www.efurnitureshowroom.com). It included dressor with mirror, chest and two nightstands. To my horror, everything came DAMAGED and one night stand was missing. This resellor was least helpful. They did not replace, refund or pay for the repairs. They asked me to pay manufacturer cost and shipping charges if I needed replacement. This was violation of The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). The matter has been reported to Federal Trade Commisssion. CAUTION: Their terms and Condition are not consistent with The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). They would NOT issue you refund or replace the goods if you are not satisfied or furniture delivered is damaged. They lost BBB accreditation already. Just GOOGLE complaints against them. |
