Twelve dollars doesn't bother me but I do not like when merchants tack on additional charges at the last minute with no way to avoid accepting them.	Overall Rating

Two weeks later, we found a torn piece of binder paper on our door step with a phone number scribbled on it and the message "call for love seat delivery"." We called the number to arrange delivery and my wife took off work to sign for the couch only to discover it was the wrong couch. I had to speak with the floor manager, Jeremiah Abel, in order to finally know how to file a claim about their botched delivery. Jeremiah said twice he would get back to us about receiving a discount for my wife's lost wages and the inconvenience caused by their mistake...he never contacted us again. One month after our order was placed, the correct item was finally delivered. Terrible experience with their customer service and awful delivery time...no compensation, no partial refund, no expedited shipping, no substantive apology. Highly not recommended.	Overall Rating

Delivery was a little less flexible with regard to scheduling than through a local store. The furniture arrived on time and is beautiful - We particularly liked the service and help we received from the E Furniture Showroom.
