On both instances my order was placed and I was told it was ready, yet when I arrived and waited over one hour - they told me the item was not in stock. To make it worse, they recommended something else in stock - the problem was that the new motherboard used PC133 memory while the memory I was buying was PC2100!!!!! Do not buy from these people. Tech support hassled me and suggested that I had ruined it. When I returned it for an exchange, they lied about when they received it ( I had it tracked as to when it was signed for) and then they let it sit for a week before I finally told them to keep the thing and charge me a restocking fee (which is BS since it was DOA to begin with). Never had any problem with them. Have had to return several pieces that I did not need or were just defective. NO problems with the returns at all and NO restocking fees! These guys are great. MB was DOA, which I didn't find out until after I fried the CPU and VC on first boot attempt. Customer Service seemed annoyed by my call. Was told I had to contact vendor to replace CPU. After the run around as to when it would be shipped I decided to buy the MSI k7 266 DDR from Multiwave. I ordered the motherboard on a Friday and it was on my doorstep at 4pm when I went home on MOnday. Throughout the weekend and on MOnday I did receive several emails as to the status of my order. Had a glitch with their crdt crd verification - problem: Billing add. is PO Box while delivery is street add.- which on second thought is good. Also got some "attitude" - but once got crdt crd ok'd. The main website and order precedure may look a little unprofessional but they get the job done and fast. I received a tracking number and all the info was accurate. However the merchandise I received was not in original RETAIL box. Came in cardboard box with ONLY the HD and no manual or any other things like mounting screws. I would do business with this company again though for the cheap price and reliable service. Not bad Multiwave	Overall Rating
