Ordered my products anticipating no issues. Turns out half the order was placed on backorder -- wish this information was provided BEFORE I placed the order! Then once the shipment finally came in it turns out the products simply came directly from Life Extension. I may as well have placed my order directly on the manufacturer's website and saved even more money and hassle. Will not buy here again. Retailer Response (02/04/2012): Hello. This is David, the owner at drvitaminsolutions.com. We use Life Extension as our direct shipper to give you the latest formulations and freshest products with the longest expiration dates. If you purchase from Life Extension, you would need to join at $75 a year, and still only save 25% off. With our coupons, we save you and extra 10% to 15% off the 25% discount. It would not be less to by direct as you mentioned. I don’t like backorders either, so I certainly understand. We did notify you of the backorder by email. We also shipped you products the same day and shipped the backorder products the same day available at no cost to you. I will stop at nothing to make my customers happy.	Overall Rating

The prices are much lower than what I was paying, and the service is excellent! I was able to call the owner and talk to him directly. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The product shipped right from the Life Extension warehouse in 2 days. Long expiration date. Very satisfied.	Overall Rating
