I ordered a product on 6/23/2011 from Totalvac.com and my Visa was charged not autorized, well its now the close of Tottalvac.coms business day on 7/7/11 and still no word on my order, I also paid for PRIORITY Mail. I called and left a message on the voicemail of the person who handles orders and never heard back from her so I just wrote a email to Customerhelp@totalvac.com address. This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever delt with in my life, and I order a ton of stuff via the net.	Overall Rating

Come on, in this day and age of e-commerce having at least an auto-reponder in place to at least let the customer know they even RECIEVED the order is a no-brainer. Nope. Not them. I then emailed them as to the status of my order. NO RESPONSE. They may have a "listing" of products but it is quite clear that they do not care about their customer service. One more thing. Money. The moment I placed my order they debited my bank account. Not just "verified" that it was legitimate but TOOK THE MONEY. The other quality retailers that I have done business with online don't charge me until they ship. So, they have my money and I wait. Save yourself the grief, shop elsewhere.	Overall Rating

I'm searching for a word that describes Total Vac's S L O W order filling and shipping. Pathetic will have to do for now. I could have driven to their warehouse and back in 12 hours. It took my order 8 days to get here. I get parts faster from Hong Kong. Way to go TotalVac, nice of you to keep the last 3 dogsleds at DHL in operation.	Overall Rating
