I prefer multipurpose printers because they save you a lot of space and you can manage all your office work at one place. Instead of having 5 different machines on your desk, one can do all the work. Printers101 have a great selection of some nice brand printers at affordable prices. They shipped my printer quickly didn’t even to wait for weeks to get my product. Would recommend to all. Phoned on 4/14, 4/15, 4/16. 4/17- NO ANSWER - always got a VOICEMAIL machine that did not even identify the company. Left numerous voicemails and got NO CALLBACK. Sent emails 4 days to all 4 customer support emails requesting status- GOT NO EMAIL RESPONSES either ! Has been 4 days now with ZERO contact or response from "Printers101.com". Their website has an order tracking system which on;y reports back "order received". Requested by email today (4/17) to cancel order still no responses.
